Hello. We’re Daianna Karaian and Robbie Dale, co-founders of Today Do This.

Over a decade ago, we met and bonded over a shared interest in making big change human scale. A few years later, we started Today Do This to empower everyone, every day (Today) to take action on (Do) what matters to them (This).

It started as an experiment encouraging people to do one thing each day to make the world a little better than it was the day before. But it soon became clear there was more we could do. So we turned our attention to companies and their employees.

Why? Because business plays such a huge role in society, for good and bad. Which means that while companies can be part of the problem - from the climate crisis to widespread discrimination and more - they can also be an important part of the solution. That’s why we make sure organisations live up to their social and environmental commitments.

How? By helping employees connect their day-to-day work with the social and environmental issues the company needs to address. After all, people who feel their work is in line with their values are more motivated to contribute to their company’s success, and are happier. And happy people don’t destroy themselves, the planet or each other.

We make every job a sustainability job.

P.S. We also love delivering talks and workshops at events 🎟, joining panels 🗣, appearing on podcasts 🎙, writing opinion pieces ✍️ and generally engaging with people who want to change the world at work ⚡️.

If you want to make sure your event is more than just a talking shop or introduce our ideas to your audience, there’s more info here.
