Our work with…

What if more employees had a bigger say in their company’s impact strategy?

Speedo, one of Pentland’s most iconic brands, wanted to review and update its strategy for tackling relevant social and environmental issues. Today Do This approached the project the way we always do: involving employees from across the business to make sure everyone felt motivated to act on the resulting strategy.

We developed a series of highly-interactive, fast-paced workshops designed to get maximum input from employees across different departments and levels of seniority. Together, we explored priorities and targets, co-created a strategy, and generated momentum to carry it into the day-to-day operations of the business. All in just a few weeks. Thanks to the success of this project, we were invited to lead the same process with one of Pentland’s other well-loved brands, Berghaus, the following year.

The outcome

  • For both projects, dozens of employees were engaged in a fun, fulfilling process that gave them a sense of ownership over their brand’s impact strategy

  • Our structured, thoughtful facilitation created a platform for positive change with no excuses not to get on with putting it into practice
